Hotel Akerreta

Akerreta (Navarra)

The Hotel Akerreta is a small, welcoming hotel with a warm and friendly atmosphere, the result of meticulous refurbishment over a four-year period.

Formerly known as Casa Satrearena, this building is protected by the Principe de Viana Institute for the Conservation of the Heritage of Navarra, due to its historical and architectural interest.

The house still conserves its original, Pyrenean-style kitchen, with its bread oven. Its enormous, intertwined oak beams show the tremendous historical importance of the place. Yet guests can still relax in comfort and enjoy all the conveniences of the 21st century.

The hotel also offers a number of rooms and small corners, for a quiet read whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding valley and meadows. Huddle up to the fire during the winter months, or relax on the terrace or in the garden in summer.

The Restaurant

Taste the traditional Navarra-style cuisine of our restaurant, with vegetables grown in our organic vegetable plot, locally-grown produce and home-made desserts. To ensure that you can enjoy a peaceful evening meal, the restaurant is solely open to hotel guests.
