Pazo de Sedor

Castañeda-Arzúa (La Coruña)

Located at Castañeda-Arzúa, close to Santiago de Compostela, on the Way of St James, the Pazo de Sedor is a 17th century manor house, noted for its stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

Its façade features a balcony running the full length of the building, whilst its roof is crowned by a Baroque chimney. Also worthy of mention, due to their originality, are the main stairway and another smaller one, built between walls.

Guests can enjoy a chat or quiet read in the lounges located on the ground floor of the building, or relax in the spacious, well-appointed guest rooms, with full en-suite bathroom, TV, WiFi and phone, on the upper floor. The former kitchen or Lareira features a huge chimney and 2 ovens, the architectural gems of the manor house. The dining room is located in an adjoining building. Guests can enjoy a number of outdoor activities such as playing paddle, swimming in our pool or simply strolling around our gardens and vegetable plot.

Complete peace and tranquillity, except for the murmur of the water flowing through the old mill and the singing of the birds. Ideal for unwinding and getting your strength back, after completing a hard stage on the Way.
